House Rules
- Maximum of 4 guests
- No smoking inside the house
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Pets allowed with prior approval
- Please respect the surrounding desert and wildlife
- Keep doors and gates closed when not in use
- Children should be supervised around the pool and fire pit
Check-In & Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests will receive entry instructions before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are nonrefundable.
Fees
A $125 cleaning fee applies to each stay. An additional $50 pet fee may apply for approved pets.
Accessibility
Solara has a single-story layout in the main living areas, but some outdoor spaces may include uneven desert surfaces and steps. Guests with specific accessibility needs should confirm details before booking.
